Our team will respond with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please do not send items back without an RMA number.

- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
